Refunds and returns online cancellation policy
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have up to 14 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order.
To cancel your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call +44 (0)1793 642135 between the hours of 8:30am and 5pm (GMT), Monday to Friday.
If you have contacted us to cancel your order before you have received your goods, please be aware that orders are usually processed on the same day that they are received and your cancelled order may not be stopped and will be delivered to you.
Unwanted items must be returned in a fully resalable condition and seals intact. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund, if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

Please note, you will pay for the sent and return postage costs, if you cancel an order.
Faulty or damaged items
Where a product is faulty or damaged, we will refund the original delivery charge and the cost of posting the products back to us via your local postal office or the company designated courier.
We reserve the right to refuse to grant a refund in respect of any products, which are returned to us in a damaged state or which do not reach us for any reason.
We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service when returning products and keep the proof of delivery. Include any documentation detailing any taxes paid.
You must email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange your refund before returning your products.
We’ll process your return as quickly as possible. We then credit your account, exchange or refund (credited to the original payment card), whichever you choose.
Refund policy exclusions
For reasons of health and hygiene, we are unable to exchange or refund cosmetics, once the original packaging has been opened, unless faulty.
