FAQs

We always advise to consult your doctor, pharmacist or healthcare professional if you are unsure about using a product, particularly if you are already under medical care.

We make no medical claims as to the benefits of any of the products to improve medical conditions. There is no intention, implied or otherwise, that represents or infers that any product on this site should be used as a cure, diagnosis, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of any disease.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

While we have a number of customers who have sensitive skin, unfortunately there are no guarantees that these products are going to suit everyone.

We would recommend, you carry out a patch test prior to using any new skincare product for the first time.

A small amount should be applied close to the area of intended use (behind the ear or in the crease of the arm).

Should you experience any redness, irritation or discomfort during the next 24 hours, then you should immediately and thoroughly wash the test area and we would not recommend use of that particular product.

Are your products suitable for people with nut allergies?

Allergies vary from person to person and so unfortunately, we are not able to confirm for certain on your personal case. If you have any known nut allergies, we always recommend you speak to your medical practitioner first.

As with any skincare or cosmetic product, there are no guarantees that individual products within our range are going to suit everybody. We therefore recommend you carry out a patch test prior to using any new skincare product for the first time. A small amount should be applied close to the area of intended use (such as behind the ear).

Should you experience any redness, irritation or discomfort during the next 24 hours, then you should immediately and thoroughly wash the test area and we would not recommend use of that particular product.

What is an antioxidant?

Modern day living, cigarette smoke, car exhaust emissions and the sun’s rays can all produce free radicals, which are highly reactive molecules that contribute to the ageing process by destroying the collagen and elastin fibres that support the skin. Antioxidants help protect the body from free-radical damage.
